Samsung Launches Laptop Ivy Bridge

SEOUL - recently circulated leaked information that Samsung will release laptop-tech products Ivy Bridge in the coming April. The news release of the laptop seems faster than expected two months.

As reported by Softpedia, Saturday (11/02/2012), is not a stranger when the Samsung is preparing a computer with the latest generation of Intel processors, but the pages of the announcement was immediately drawn by Samsung.



Successfully revealed the leaked specs show that the laptop uses a 17.3-inch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD). Intel Core i7-2610QM, a quad-core chip with a clock speed of 2.3 GHz and 6 MB of cache memory. Samsung also took Nvidia, to improve graphics performance via Nvidia GeForce GTX 675M 2GB (GDDR5), and 16 GB of RAM memory

For storage media, Samsung chose a pair of hard disk drive (HDD), which each possess a capacity of 1 TB. HDD configured in RAID mode and rely on memory of 8 GB of on-board NAND Flash, and can use the features of SSD to speed up boot time.

In terms of connectivity, the Samsung Series 7 NP700G7C supports Blu-ray, with Widi support WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, Gigabit Ethernet, a pair of USB 3.0 ports, one USB 2.0 port, memory card reader, 2 MP Webcam and backlit keyboard, added to the D-connector sub adapters, as well as the 8 cell battery.

Laptops with high-end specifications is rumored to be priced at USD 1699 or equivalent to 15.4 million dollars
